Our “We Care Program” is designed to help families and patients make an easy transition to the unique services we provide. The first few days at our hospital is an important time for patients to learn about our services and take the steps toward recovery.
In our “We Care Program,” each patient at Vibra Hospital is assigned a “I Care Partner.” “I Care Partners” are leadership personnel from the many different departments within our hospital. These leaders manage the direct care staff who provide the day to day services our patients receive. “I Care Partners” are here to serve our patients and families. If an “I Care Partner” cannot help with a particular concern, they will help put you in touch with the person at Vibra Hospital who can.
Within one business day of admission, an “I Care Partner” will introduce themselves to the patient/family. Their goal is to introduce themselves as a resource for patients and families by offering to answer questions about our hospital and services. “I Care Partners” continue to keep in touch with patients/families periodically throughout the patient’s stay at Vibra. Since “I Care Partners” are here to serve the patient and family, each “I Care Partner” provides their direct phone number during their initial encounter. There is also contact information provided for after-hours and weekends.
